<aside> 🛬 Arrive Friday, February 24th

• Airbnb check-in is at 4 PM ET
• Please plan to arrive by 7 PM ET at the latest (if class/work schedules allow) to enjoy dinner with the group.
• We know some of you are local but expect you to still join us throughout the weekend. Please plan to arrive at the Airbnb that we’ll be meeting at for dinner by 7 PM ET. </aside>

<aside> 🛫 Depart Sunday, February 26th

• Airbnb check-out is at 11 AM ET
• Please plan to depart no earlier than 1 PM ET
• You are welcome to extend your stay on either end, but Contrary will only be covering accommodations for Friday and Saturday night and travel costs up to your designated amount specified below. </aside>

Travel Reimbursement Breakdown

‼️ Please book flights/trains/buses no later than Monday, January 2nd, upload your receipts for reimbursement on Ramp, and DM your travel itinerary to Brooke.

Note: These are stipends based on nonstop flights/trains/buses from the following locations. If you have any questions or concerns about travel, please reach out to me directly.

• Please use the $350 to book your flight/train and submit your receipts to Ramp for reimbursement.
• Please use any remaining budget for transportation to and from the Airbnb or for other Ubers/Lyfts throughout the weekend. </aside>

<aside> 🚆 VPs traveling in from Boston (MIT, Harvard, Northeastern) & Hanover (Dartmouth)

• Your travel budget is $150/person.
• Please use the $150 to book your flight/train and submit your receipts to Ramp for reimbursement.
• Please use any remaining budget for transportation to and from the Airbnb or for other Ubers/Lyfts throughout the weekend. </aside>

• Your travel budget is $75/person.

How to get reimbursed

• As noted above, please plan to book travel no later than Monday, January 2nd.
• Once booked, please submit your receipts to Ramp and DM your travel itinerary to Brooke
